
Arturo Lemmen-Meyer

Arturo has over thirty years of experience in consumer goods marketing, sales strategy, logistics and company transformation strategies. Until recently, Arturo was the Chief Transformation Officer at PepsiCo Mexico - Foods (a US$4B company) and a member of the Executive Committee. He led a multiyear new capabilities agenda that included sales force automation, business service center implementation, and implementing an enterprise-wide end-to-end process agenda. He also had different roles in the Commercial Area, leading its Direct to Stores Channel, its Distributors Channel and its Sales Strategy and Transformation team.
Arturo began his executive career at Grupo Gamesa (Mexico's largest cookie manufacturer) after graduating as a Mechanical and Administration Engineer from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico. Has also an MBA from ITESM and has completed different executive education programs at Stanford University, IMD-Switzerland, UC-Berkeley and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
