Edward J. Tobin is a Director at New York Bay Capital, and concentrates on cross-border transactions and European investment and capital raising.  He is based in Paris, France, where he has resided for over a decade. 

 

Previously, Edward was a Director of GEM Ventures Ltd., where he managed Special Situations and Venture investing around the world. Ed has overseen structured finance transactions in industries spanning clean tech, media, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate and life sciences. Ed was also Managing Director of Lincklaen Partners, a private family investment office, a portfolio manager with Neuberger and Berman and Vice President of Nordberg Capital, Inc.

 

Edward received his MBA from the Wharton School, and a Master of Science in Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Economics (cum laude), both also from the University of Pennsylvania.
