Carlos has deep understanding of South American, emerging and global markets, handling complex banking, credit, funding, legal, and equity structures/products for companies, asset managers, corporations, hedge funds and banks doing business in North and South America.  Mr. Ordoñez has developed great expertise performing deal origination, source fixed income trading, and portfolio management from start to finish.  He was Debt Arbitrage Group Vice President at JP Morgan and Vice President at Wasserstein Perella Asset Management.
