Mallika Parlikar, based in Puerto Rico but constantly on the move between NYC, PR and India, is an accomplished operator and strategist with a distinguished record of scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong financial outcomes across healthcare, technology, and policy sectors. As Co-Owner and COO of a homecare company, she spearheaded a 1,200% growth trajectory, overseeing a workforce of 1,500 caregivers, leading payroll and compliance transformations, and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. Under her leadership, the company achieved a $75M exit valuation within two years.

Before entering healthcare, Mallika spent seven years at the nexus of corporate intelligence and national security, serving across public, private, and academic institutions—including Aon, the U.S. Department of State, and the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City.

Now headquartered in her family's native San Juan, Mallika advises NYBAY on business sourcing and NYBAY clients as a strategic consultant and fractional COO, helping organizations scale with precision and operational discipline.

 

Mallika earned her B.A. from New York University and completed advanced studies at Cambridge University.
