James P Kelleher, MD, MBA is a physician and investment banker specializing in healthcare and life sciences, with undergraduate and medical education at New York University and Mount Sinai, psychiatry residency and research fellowship training at Harvard, and business education at Columbia.  His extensive experience as a clinician and researcher includes winning national and international individual awards for demonstrating a novel mechanism of antipsychotic action, now used in the blockbuster drug cariprazine.  He has previously served on the Venture Advisory Board of the Yale University-University of Connecticut Innovative Therapeutics Program and as advisor to/consultant for large pharmaceutical companies, as well as working with up-to-midmarket companies at Young America Capital.  He holds Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
