Our Firm
New York Bay Capital is a New York-based boutique cross-border investment banking firm experienced in providing financial advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions and capital raising initiatives primarily for foreign clients. The Firm was established in 2015 to serve the growing demand for independent, partner-level advice by clients based outside the United States participating in the growing cross-border economy. The Firm collaborates with financial affiliates and other partner firms to assist companies, from diverse industries, in structuring and financing transactions to achieve their overall corporate goals and financial objectives.
The Firm is based in New York City and has an office in Houston; it also has a direct presence in the following countries: Mexico (Mexico City and Guadalajara), Colombia (Bogota), Ecuador (Guayaquil), Chile (Santiago), Costa Rica (San Jose), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Panama (Panama City), Brazil (Sao Paulo), France (Paris) and Canada (Toronto). Our network also extends, through close partnerships, to Washington DC, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Shanghai.
New York Bay Capital has the distinction of serving as a consultant for Latin America for one of the world’s leading M&A advisory firms: Perella Weinberg Partners. Two other firms with which we have agreements are Wisteria Court, which specializes in identifying financing for emerging markets transactions, and Young America Capital, a registered broker-dealer through which all of our securities transactions in the USA are carried out. Additionally, we have two resource-sharing agreements: Violy & Company in New York City and R Squared - Responsible Research in Mexico City.
We are a member of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the Andean-American Associations (covering Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Colombia), and the Argentine-US Chamber of Commerce.
