Analyst and Director of Internships

Jacqueline joined NYBay just ahead of our Summer 2026  programs to both oversee our college internship program and contribute her analytical skills in our health sciences transactions. 

​Her work experience includes Healthcare Operations Associate at Needed Respite Care, where she analyzed patient data and medical research to identify care solutions that improve outcomes while reducing costs. She also worked closely with clinicians to translate research insights into practical improvements in care delivery.

Previously, she worked for Dr. Kay Durairaj/Beauty by Dr. Kay, as a Marketing and Research Associate, negotiating influencer contracts, developing and curating content across major social media platforms, and helping grow the audience by 500K followers with more than 13 million likes, all while expanding the reach of the practice’s podcast through expert collaborations,  She was also a researcher at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, where she collected and analyzed data on infection rates following neural tube defect surgeries. Her findings contributed to improved postoperative care protocols and supported a publication from the Columbia U. Department of Surgery.

Jacqueline has a Biological Science degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, with minors in Economics and Neuroscience. During her time at SMU, she was active at the Minority Association of Pre‑Health Students, the Physics Lab where she served as a TA, Best Buddies, the First Generation Initiative, LULAA, and the Spanish Club. 

A Los Angeles native, Jacqueline is fluent in Spanish, and her personal interests range from interior design and reading to ancient Greek and Roman history, health and wellness, and fashion.
