Joe’s practice focuses in the areas of high stakes, fast-paced complex business transactions and litigation. Prior to joining New York Bay Capital, he established the Ceccarelli Law Firm and joined the Rimon Global Alliance Network for the platform, resources and bench strength he needs to support the growing national and cross-border businesses of his clients. Joe’s particular strengths and his roots lie in New York City, representing high-stakes business interests on Wall Street for over 30 years.  Joe obtained his J.D. from Fordham University's School of Law, and his bachelor's degree in pre-law and economics also from Fordham University.
