Joseph Ceccarelli's practice focuses in the areas of high stakes, fast-paced complex business transactions and litigation. Joe is a trusted advisor with a demonstrated ability to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions to complex legal challenges. A proven leader on high-performance legal teams, he joined New York Bay Capital to support the international advisory services firm's continued growth as they continue to solidify their niche, focusing on cross-border transactions and capital raising initiatives
Prior to joining New York Bay Capital, Joe established Ceccarelli Law Firm PLLC and joined the Rimon Global Alliance Network for the platform, resources and bench strength he needs to support the growing national and cross-border businesses of his clients.
Joe is a dual national, an American and Italian citizen based in New York City, representing high stakes business interests on Wall Street. His representation has included foreign entities and individuals who do business in the United States as well as American clients who do business in the U.S. and abroad, advising business clients on the many legal issues that arise in domestic and international business operations, from day to day business matters to negotiating major contracts.
Prior to founding the Ceccarelli Law Firm and joining the Rimon Global Alliance Network, Joe was a partner at Wilson Elser where he helped lead the business litigation group for the AmLaw 200 firm. Prior to that he was the co-founding and managing partner of Ceccarelli Weprin PLLC, a business litigation and transactional boutique firm on Wall Street for over 20 years.
Joe served as Treasurer and speechwriter for the Hon. David I. Weprin, spanning four consecutive successful election campaigns for his leadership role as Finance Committee Chair of the New York City Council from 2002 through 2009 during the Bloomberg Administration. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and received his B.A in economics magna cum laude also from Fordham.
