Vanessa's primary responsibilities include financial analysis of Mexican and Latin American companies, finance and administration. She has developed specific expertise in mining, leisure and agribusiness.  She is also NYBay's CFO.

Prior to NYBay, Vanessa worked as a Financial Controller at National Geographic in Mexico City, one of the world's leading publishing and educational companies. Earlier in her financial career, she worked as a financial analyst at a large chemical manufacturing company in Mexico.  Vanessa, a Mexican citizen, is a Certified Public Accountant; she received her degree in 2003 from ITESM--a leading technical university in Mexico.
